Managerial Energy in Sustainable Enterprises: Organizational Wisdom Approach

The circular economy (CE) as an idea involves applying the concept of sustainable development that has been gaining worldwide support. This shift in perception energy and resource-use from its linear to forms creates a specific business environment, which constitutes subject this research. article aims analyze impact manager’s on organizational wisdom, focusing model activity. In beginning, focuses presenting ideas economy, emphasizing activity implementing strategic operational tasks. These activities are identified launch mechanisms for developing wisdom enterprise. Assuming consists two dimensions, learning, absorptive capacity, research identifies relationships between them. study was conducted at VIVE Textile Recycling Ltd., (Kielce, Poland). Empirical data were collected 138 managers using PAPI technique. Regression analysis structural equation modeling (SEM) applied test hypotheses.
